What the law says

The Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, 1995 (the “Act”) requires companies to file an annual report with the Registrar of Companies. The annual report must include a balance sheet and profit and loss account, a directors’ report and an auditors’ report. The Act also requires companies to submit a copy of the annual report to the shareholders within six months of the end of the financial year.
