I’m a leader

I have always seen myself as a leader. Problem is I dont think many people see me as leadership material. That’s a perception thing and maybe I can’t change that, but given the right opportunity I have proven and been in leadership roles. The thing is everyone wants to lead, no one wants to follow. Sometimes you got to step back and let someone else take the lead and accept that thats the best course of action.
